rawr:build_extra_jars => superclass must be a Class about fireapp HOT 5 CLOSED

Seems like just bundler. Weird, this is not related to FireApp.
Perhaps should be good to know which version are you guys using to build it.

@mariozaizar I had a similar issue when trying to compile myself, and now reading your post I believe this is what it is. Which version ended up working for you?

I am facing this issue as well with jruby 1.6.7 installed in the latest verson of RVM. Any solution to this?

Well assuming you're using rawr 1.4.5, there is a problem with the way that it loads it's bundler class. It gets executed in the wrong scope, and ruby assumes the program is trying to load the Bundler gem.

The first thing I did was try installing the latest version 1.6.3, however there are some incompatibilities. I ended up following mathias route, and manually patched the gem.

Please just remove the bundler gem (gem uninstall bundler) in your JRuby environment :-)
