Good catch @kohlerdominik. I think the issue can be related to the RegExp used for parsing file content.
If you plan to work on this issue, please let's start from adding an automated test to be able to quickly reproduce the bug.

Unfortunatelly, I do not have time to work on a PR right now. As workaround I added my one occurence of this to persistent-strings. Maybe someone else finds time, or I might come back to it in a few weeks.
