Okay, worked it out as in the Terminal window it said it was ignoring "custombtn.txt" and using ".prconsolerc", which is a hidden preferences file in the current user home directory. I edited .prnconsolerc to remove the custom buttons, and they are gone. However, restarting Printrun moves the custom buttons "custombtn.txt" back into .prnconsolerc, and leaves a message behind saying
I moved all your custom buttons into .pronsolerc.
Please don't add them here any more.
Backup of your old buttons is in custombtn.old
So if you need to edit/delete custom buttons, you need to edit .pronsolerc in your ~user directory, as there seems to be no way to do this in Printrun yet.

You should be able to right-click on the buttons to edit them.

Hi Kliment, great program, thank you so much! However...
A couple of months ago, I clicked the button on the toolbar that lets you add buttons with specific gcode, rather than adding them by editing the 'custombtn.txt' file, thinking that they would automatically be added to that file. However, they were not, and I can't edit them. Also, when I update Printrun, the same buttons remain, which I can't edit. Each time I update I create a new folder, and delete the old version once I have tested the new version. Is there a file hidden somewhere that I need to delete?
Also, if I edit 'custombtn.txt', the changes are not shown in the GUI when Printrun is next loaded. It just shows the custom buttons that were there before.
I'm running Printrun on OS X 10.6.8.

Ah, yes. I have a 'normal' mouse attached to my Mac, and right clicking just executed the command. Holding 'option' and left-clicking brought up the menu. Thanks!
