Yes I agree. It's unlikely though that it will be fixed in version 2, but hopefully in version 3 that is in the works now.

Sounds good, thanks! Also happy to hear this project is under active
development - which wasn't very clear to me until now :). I used it on a
small experiment and was very happy how easy it was to use. This issue is a
showstopper though.

Any ideas when version 3 will be ready? Would it be an easy fix in version
2?

It goes in waves I guess. Since oCanvas is not my main occupation, I develop when I get the time. That also makes it really difficult to tell when version 3 will be out, but it's quite a lot of things left to do, so not in the near months I'd say. And no, it's not an easy fix in version 2, unless you like to work with messy code and diffcult math (or difficult for me at least).
