That doesn't directly sound like an iOSOpenDev issue.

It's most likely caused from where the application is installed;
If you take a look at the Icon.png or [email protected] of any .app in /Applications, they are bigger by a couple of pixels than the ones you are using for your application, or any other in /var/mobile/Applications

Since iOSOpenDev installs your application into /Applications, then because you need a slightly differently sized icon for apps installed here, your icon isn't displayed correctly.

All you need to do to fix this is to use an icon with dimensions of 118_120 for the @2x icon, and 60_60 for the SD icon when building with iOSOpenDev.

Thank for the answer. I compared my icon with cydia's and found out where the problem was. The cydia @2x icon's size is 118_120, but there's some space between icon's boarder and image's boarder. So maybe the image size is still 114_114, but the system rendered it to a 118_120 icon by adding some space, but for apps in /Applications, there is no such process and the 114_114 icon is scaled.
