Thanks for the reply, I checked everything on the wiki and tried all of them again, but none of them works...

I completely uninstalled Xcode and reinstalled it, then I installed again iOSOpenDev which finally made the installation successful after agreeing to the Xcode licence. Thanks for the help!:)
