视频和语音走的RTC，本地测试只能在一台机器上，通过localhost或者127.0.0.1进行通讯。
2台不同机器，局域网（通过局域网IP）或者远程（公网IP）需要配置信令服务器。

@kone-net 对了，项目是部署在阿里云服务器，已经弄了https证书，通过nginx进行访问。2台电脑通过网址访问的
