these codes appear to denote either collective languages (not included in ISO 639-3, only in other versions) or languages merged/splitted into/to another languag(es). These informations can be easily parsed from the ISO web site if needed

no, there are two macrolanguages (que, raj) with the contained individual languages listed, and dlc is not a valid identifier
