Version selector not rendered properly in all pages except for root about dokka HOT 3 CLOSED

It looks like the issue was that the child projects need to apply the plugin with dokkaPlugin and not dokkaHtmlPlugin, otherwise the styles/multimodule.css stylesheet link is omitted. I fixed it here.

Applying the plugin to the root project works with either dokkaHtmlMultiModulePlugin or dokkaPlugin, however.

It is a tricky and unobvious part of plugin configuration. We are going to change it after a new Dokka Gradle plugin.

I believe I'm applying the versioning plugin to all child projects that generate docs. But maybe this isn't doing what I expect it to.
