Disable Traefik ingress controller & lb about terraform-hcloud-kube-hetzner HOT 8 CLOSED

I will open an PR now to introduce the possibility to disable traefik & metrics-server. By default traefik will be disabled and metrics-server enabled.

I think we should expose flags to disable traefik and also metrics server (you may want to use prometheus-adapter instead)

Hello guys, also from my side big thanks for that project and +1 to the request of @oujonny, I'm also planning to use nginx and/or istio ingress so that would be nice!

Hey @oujonny, that is definitely a feature we need to implement, but it's easy, so a PR would be really welcome! Basically, the big change is just adding this flag to the k3s server init --disable traefik. But I went through the code here for you so that it is a lot easier to do https://www.loom.com/share/a97bbc5b676a432ba114474bb0007403.

Adding a flag like var.disable_traefik default to false would be great! 🙏
