setting limit through config file is not working about jscpd HOT 8 CLOSED

I think the same issue exists for the reporter property when specified in the .cpd.yaml file.

I assume that the reason is that for limit and reporter we have a default value specified in the cli.coffee file.
And then the merge logic in options.coffee checks if there are CLI param (which is always the case since we have default values) and overrides the settings from the .cpd.yaml file.
