I got it! the problem appears if the option boolAcceptBrokenFileNameDccResumeRequests is enabled (it was by default). This was an hack to make kvirc accept broken resume requests from old versions of mirc. If enabled, this hack "helps" kvirc to accept malformed resume requests, but it fails bad if serving many contemporary dccs.
This option have been disabled by default. If you want to be sure that your script have no problems with any kvirc version, let it call "/option boolAcceptBrokenFileNameDccResumeRequests 0".
