Can't use dash's in indexer provider instance name about xdm HOT 2 CLOSED

okay yes the usable charset is very limited fot this but i thought a dash is ok ... i will look into it

okay the input field only checked in key presses and you could add invalid chars with copying it into the field since 2f6b5bb the value is checked in the background. your already created instance with the dash in the name will still be unusable and you will need to create a new one without it

edit: as an fyi you cant use dashes by design because it is used as a delimiter for the param name ... i needed this for the automated config generation and saving ... in the future i might find a way to eliminate this restriction but for now only alphanumeric chars and _ are allowed as an instance name
