Mmhh on first boot it creates the databases und some folders but that is tested beforehand...

anyway try starting it with the option "--noApi" and "-D" since the next thing that should happen or at least at some point is starting the api ... but that is run per default on 8086 (i think) it can be changed with "--apiPort the-port-number"

edit: you can disable the api in the setting later IF that helps
