can't build `lamdu`: on OSX 10.10.x, `ghc` v7.10.3 about lamdu HOT 5 CLOSED

@evandrix Did the solutions mentioned there worked for you? (Adding --extra-lib-dir=/usr/lib so it picks the system's iconv)

Nope, still failing, unfortunately; because although there's 2 copies of iconv - one @ /usr/lib, another @ /opt/local/lib, there are other dependent libs, e.g. ftgl, in /opt/local/lib, so I can't exclude it completely, i.e. I can't have the copy of iconv from /usr/lib, whilst other libs (except iconv, of course) from /opt/local/lib are also used together. I don't know how to configure, either by command-line switch or $HOME/.stack/config.yaml, it to work this way.

@evandrix some things have changed since the repot (Lamdu has a reproducible-build with stack, uses a newer GHC, doesn't use FTGL)

does Lamdu still not build for you?

Switching to stack and changing GHC versions has probably resolved this. Closing but if there are any problems still I'll reopen the issue.
