Thanks. I'm not sure why you'd want a blade.html? You can just use HTML in blade.php files if you want.
Right now we don't have plans for blade.md. I do think it could maybe be interesting though. I'll bring this up internally but for now we aren't going to work on this ourselves. Thanks for the idea!

In case anyone ends up here from search engines: Folio Markdown will allow the use of .blade.md.
