Image quay.io/sec-eng-special/tang-operator-bundle:v0.0.25 is used for amd64 architecture.
Multihost image is:
quay.io/sec-eng-special/tang-operator:multi-arch
Apart from that, there seems to be an issue with operator-sdk framework:
operator-framework/operator-registry#984
As a work around, try "--index-image=quay.io/operator-framework/opm:v1.23.0" on bundle installation. Something like:
operator-sdk run bundle quay.io/sec-eng-special/tang-operator:multi-arch --index-image quay.io/operator-framework/opm:v1.23.0
Please, try that bundle with previous option, and, in case it also fails, open a new issue.
