I don't believe this is possible because I don't think Photoshop stores this value with the layer. I think it only uses it when originally creating the mask on the layer.

@chuyyei - I had the same question and wanted to post the result here for any people struggling with the same thing in the future.

Don't know if you ended up solving it, but with some digging I found:

rounded_rect_radius_info = node.layer.info[:vector_origination].data["keyDescriptorList"][0]["keyOriginRRectRadii"]

should fetch the radii info for a rounded rect shape that is the only shape (index 0) in the given node.

It returns a hash with radii for TopLeft, TopRight, BottomLeft, & BottomRight.
