I worked with student @JeffBenton today, who is having this issue in the in-browser IDE.
I was unable to reproduce this issue in my local environment, which leads me to believe that this is an environment issue.

Hi @scw248,
Thank you for spotting this and opening an issue. I was unable to replicate the issue you experienced. However, we have updated the dependencies for this lab, adjusted the command for testing and confirmed that the current version is working in multiple environments with the code example you provided as well as the solution.
