option -x to delete subproject (ask for confirmation?)

rename option -r SUBPROJECT to -p SUBPROJECT (p for previous)

option -r STEP for restart from step, use "-r list" to list available steps

rename option -s to -t for demultiplexing

subproject concerned by -r and -x options are determined with the configuration file --> problem to resolve SUBPROJECT with the same config file (e.g. with only -q or -t as difference): output variable differences and steps summary an ask for the one to restart/delete with numbers (1/2 ...), or detect SUPROJECT name in config file name (if copied back from OUT/config directory)
