This Python script creates a class that reads medical Consumer Price Index data from an csv file for the years 2010 to 2021. There is a method transform() written which takes as an argument a list of lists that contain years and prices and then compares those prices to a python dictionary made from reading the csv. The method calculates the new price due to inflation for the year 2021 and then outputs a new array with the adjusted prices.
