Changing "阅读全文" breaks the index.html about leopardpan.github.io HOT 5 OPEN

It seems that modifying "访问" does the same thing. How do I translate those words to English without breaking the whole website?

1. .md文件不应该包含中文

2. 修改安装目录\Ruby22-x64\lib\ruby\2.2.0\webrick\httpservlet下的filehandler.rb文件，建议先备份。
   找到下列两处，每处各添加一句

  path.force_encoding("UTF-8") #修改行 加入编码
  if trailing_pathsep?(req.path_info)

• break if base == "/"
  base.force_encoding("UTF-8") #修改行加入編碼
