It would also nice if Pebble would randomize all lists whose order isn't explicitly specified in the specs. For example, the authorizations array in the newOrder response, or the challenges array in an authorization.

@lenovouser Because the ACME specification doesn't say that the server will, or should do that. ACME clients shouldn't come to rely on unspecified behaviour.
