I'm feeling a little bit stupid, but after retrying after this year it worked as it should. So I don't really know what happend. Either way I did something completely wrong one year ago or maybe the changes in the TFS version had some impact. Anyway it's ok and there's no wrong behaviour anymore. Please provide further details on the used versions: SonarQube server, analyzer version, TFS/DevOps version, plugin version, ...

It sounds somehow similar to the other issue, but I think it's not entirely the same. I don't really have those errors when branching. But when merging back it sounds pretty much like my problem. I don't get the codeline assigned to the real user, who did that change, but to the one who merged it back to the main branch. I think that's exactly what fmallet is describing there.
