如果你使用的autolayout，建议检查一下约束条件。之前也有过这种类似的情况，是因为约束条件不足。导致在滑动中不断修改header的frame的时候，触发header的layout导致内容出现抖动

headerView里一直做着动画。我试着通过滑动到顶端的距离(64),我只能试着
