Suggestion: There are/were two "installers". The original setup and the newer installer module I don't know the status of. Images were altered in documentation without oversight, so much of that may be goofy now.
I would suggest that if your installer works, maybe you guys should check to make sure the patient portal login (as a patient) works, and the Administration> Patient Portal Admin "Dashboard" still works with the latest and greatest php/mariaDB. You might also want to check that the forms, templates, signatures etc... still all work with it too, as well as the schedule request, communication tools etc... I have not seen anyone looking at that stuff in this fork for a long time.
