Create a Set of installation scripts about passhport HOT 3 CLOSED

The script also have to check dependencies

Check the distribution version => Done - but I've user /etc/issue instead of /etc/os-release... need an update.
Check existing installation => done (on database, and user)
Check authorized key file => done on the "existing installation" check
Initialize the database => TODO
Create first user => TODO

Also to add:
Create the pashport user on system.
