Was able to confirm: The issue is caused when someone enters their lichess username in the registration form and it is the wrong name for some reason. To reproduce: Submit a registration where in the top field (lichess username) you type in a user name that is not the one you logged in with.

This is Registration.player()
Maybe the issue happens when for some reason the lichess_username associated with the registration does not match the lichess_username of the player (although I am not sure how that would happen, but today we had a case where the registration was associated with the duplicated PlayernamePlayername instead of Playername.
