@MapsId is nothing Hibernate specific - it is a common feature of JPA.
Fastnate only supports entities with a single primary key attribute, as it is difficult to build the SQL for references to entities with more than one primary key. We've already put that on our wishlist for version 2.0 (see #2). But as we are using Fastnate for projects where we can define our own database model with single ID attributes, it has only low priority for now.
