Converting arbitrary LaTeX to Markdown is not something that could be done
easily. So in general, I doubt it. In any case, this would require a
totally different filter for inverse conversion.
That said, I will give it some thought, maybe I'll figure something out.
Don't expect one-to-one round-trip conversion though, that definitely would
not be possible.

I'm currently writing in markdown and use pandoc and pandoc-crossref to
convert markdown to LaTeX. But my collaborators only use LaTeX. So after
they modified my LaTeX file, are there any chances to convert it back to
markdown, with the same cross-reference format suggested by
pandoc-crossref?Thanks a lot!

Thanks for your reply! Before that is possible, I guess my best option of writing an article would be to write the draft in Markdown, convert it to LaTeX to share with other people, and then stick to LaTeX.
