Hey,
LINE SDK for Flutter supports starting from API Level 17, so you need to upgrade the minSdkVersion to at least 17.

That did solve the problem. There is the following problem. I will put a note for future people who ran into the same issue.

com.android.builder.dexing.DexArchiveMergerException: Error while merging dex archives:
The number of method references in a .dex file cannot exceed 64K.
