kexec is reproducible if the build path is the same. Close enough for now.
(will need to have a published build directory as part of the process)

kexec is including gcc build strings in the executable. We've fixed the build path problem, but need to figure out why the system gcc is showing up.

kexec is the only remaining reproducible build issue in the initrd!

kexec purgatory is built with system gcc and the .o file is included into the kexec binary.

This fixed it. Ubuntu and Qubes kexec have the same hash now.
