Hi, Danil. Yes, this issue is known to me. The ugly but easy work around is to edit the formula and remove depends_on :x11. If you have the time to solve this and submit a pull request, I'd appreciate it. Here's the file that needs to be modified:

I would suggest checking for the executable xterm, which is dead easy. Alternatively, we could for the include file X11/Xlib.h and the library libX11.so Typical locations are
/usr/include/X11/Xlib.h
/usr/lib/libX11.so
/usr/lib64/libX11.so
