Could not connect to the IPFS API? Why? about docker-ipfs HOT 5 CLOSED

@P4tzr1ot the api endpoint needs to be set in the webui when you first connect, this is covered in the readme under Application Setup:

Access the webui at http://localhost , if not using localhost scroll to the bottom of the page and set the API Address setting to IE http://192.168.1.10:5001 

This stores the endpoint in your browsers cache and you will not be asked again.

Hello! If you not opening the WebUI from the host where the container is running, then you can't access the API. The api ip is wired in the js try sed -i 's/127.0.0.1/yourip/g' 5.086ee3c3.chunk.js from the container. (Also change the api in config to 0.0.0.0)
