Plugin now downloads and caches get-capability documents. This means the first times the plugin is used it is still very slow. But After this the plugin will always read this docs local from the cache initially and then will update the cached docs and plugin table data in the background

Up next is a refactor - tests will be delivered with this and then the issue closed
