are you self-hosting? it's possible this is a security restriction because your template isn't hosted on https

@davidzhao Yes, I use self-hosted server deployment, but when I use self-signed certificate for testing, it will prompt insecure certificate, can not connect, how do I test locally?

Another problem is that EGRESS records are empty when there are attendees in the room but no activity track
