Consider allowing for visibility within all GEOWAVE_METADATA persistable objects about geowave HOT 1 CLOSED

I'm thinking default/empty string may turn out to be the correct answer here; the information stored here is really two types - index, and feature info.

For feature info the information is available to the user making the query anyway, so there's no value in separation there.

For the index that information isn't really needed by the user conceptually, so we could separate this out - but I don't see any meaningful reason to do this.

I would say later on if a requirement pops up we can add an option for configuration of the default visibility for these tables - but I think for right now we can probably put this off.
