CLI Visualization Incorrect Automatic Axis Scales about py-tdgl HOT 6 CLOSED

In all animations, the axes will be in units of the coherence length. If you would like, I can probably add an option to use real units (e.g. microns) for the axes in animations.

On the topic of units, the time is dimensionless as stated in the docs. Is there a way to display the real elapsed time in the animation?

The conversion from dimensionless time to seconds depends on the normal state conductivity of the material (\sigma). Because \sigma doesn't affect the dynamics, but only the scaling for the time and voltage units, I made it optional to specify \sigma for a given tdgl.Layer. I can probably display the real time in an animation for simulations where \sigma is given by the user.
