Software Developer for both web-based and desktop applications, but primarily for developing full-stack web applications. Is in interest to learn of developing for varying technologies, both modern and retro.
Some, but not all, of the programming languages I'm familar with.
- Python: Current main language for full-stack projects, with the use of the Flask and Django web framework.
- JavaScript: Proficient usage for front-end web pages, but also have familarity with using it for MERN servers.
- C: Main language for desktop projects, mostly writes for the usage of the Visual Studio 2010 compiler.
- C++: Proficient, if not making use of modern C++ features. Mostly writes for the Visual Studio 2010 compiler.
- C#: Proficient. Can't say much of it, aside from having a history creating several projects within C#.
- Java: Have familarity building web applications with the Java Spring framework. I don't particularly like it, however.
Planning to learn about PHP within early 2024.
- Buyable: A basic full-stack store application written for Python's Flask web framework. It has functionality for searching and filtering out categories for items, and the ability to add multiple items to the shopping cart. This project was more of a demonstration of a full-stack shop interface and it isn’t designed properly to be used as an actual store application, as there’s no API integration for payments. You can view the AWS deployment here.
- V-Pet Guide: An interactive front-end web guide for Virtual Pet devices, mostly aimed for the Digimon Pendulum Z series. Parses data from a JSON file into a nice pretty format.
- Dank Dungeons: A simple dungeon game written in Python, then ported to C# and C++!
- JSMN Reader: An extension of the JSON parser JSMN for C, made into a library for advanced use in JSON reading.
- JSWR Writer: A JSON writer library for C. This is not an extension of jsmn.
