Please follow these directions for asking for help. Sounds like you have a combination problem with Nightscout and LoopCaregiver.

Oops - hit return too soon. I would suggest zulipchat is the best place to post, but first review this page. It contains specific troubleshooting steps.
Please close this issue - this should be saved for reporting problems or requesting new features for Loop.
