Investigate creating new "Host_All" test suite for Host validation about tests HOT 2 CLOSED

More investigation is needed to determine how best to create and document this new test suite so that users can easily understand what it contains and then customize it for their own needs. Depending on what documentation is present for the Avocado tests involved in this suite, this Issue may be resolved with documentation only or the creation of the actual suite.

After further investigation, I believe the best way for users to create their own suites is to start with the sanity suite that is already present and then refer to documentation to add or change tests. Additional tests in the avocado-misc-tests repository are individually well documented which allows users to determine on their won whether they wish to add it to a custom suite or not. A Host_All suite is not necessary for users to create a good custom suite.
