I'm Lucas Pessoa, a fullstack developer who loves to create things that simplify your life. I currently work as mid-level software developer at Toro Investimentos (Mobills). With 5 years of experience in the field, I`ve has the opportunnity to work on various projects, technologies, frameworks and libs.

During my time in the field, I had the opportunity to perform a number of challenging roles. I actively participated in a redesign process for a major project (which I am still involved in today), contributing to its evolution and continuous improvement. I was also involved in internal hackathons, exploring and implementing new technologies to improve our products and processes.

One of my most significant achievements was migrating a large part of the business logic into small modules, through an intense refactoring process. This not only gave the project greater modularity and scalability, but also significantly improved the readability and maintainability of the code.

As a chapter promoter in the web front-end team, I acted as an encourager and guide, promoting technical excellence and the team's professional growth. I also introduced the practice of unit testing to the project, ensuring the quality of the code and facilitating the early detection of possible problems.
