The LSP is not on mason, but still you can create a language layer which does not force the installation of the LSP with mason. You can ask @giammirove for how to do that (he should have a language layer for scala).
That treesitter parser is best avoided I think. We can add the vim syntax package as a dependency to the layer though.

Like #59 this issue is blocked until the guys over at nvim-treesitter add support for the grammar.
For the LSP I believe we can just install the package and require it, even though it is not on Mason.
