FS-UAE works for me, but I'm using Linux Mint 16, and FS-UAE from Ubuntu's (Saucy) repository.

You're probably missing the kickstart rom, you can set it in the runner preferences

If I understand correctly, this kickstart rom is not bundled with fs-uae. You won't distribute it either ?

It's not possible for me to redistribute Amiga Kickstarts (nor Playstation, Neo Geo, Dreamcast or any BIOS file that is still copyrighted). This would be much simpler if I could just ship the emulators with all the needed BIOS files.
