Yeah, I don't think we should do that until we're done replacing lxc-templates, so may be quite a few more months still.

Probably OT but maybe could be related to replace of old templates processes and just to share this tool that uses distrobuilder for creating simplestreams tree and permits to manage clean of old images:

I already use it as CD/CI process in Sabayon.

I need only to complete the integration with vcdiff but it works.
