Thanks, I'll look into this right away.

This should be resolved in version 0.0.21-beta2
. Please re-open this issue if it's not.

Thanks for the quick response!
However, after bumping the version up to 0.0.21-beta2
I am still receiving the same error message:
Error: [$injector:unpr] Unknown provider: a
after minification.
I've included my gruntfile for reference.

Does it still work without minification?

Yes, it works correctly without minification.

That's strange - version 0.0.21-beta2
should be minified out of the box. If the problem is caused by minifying this module, it should occur now even when the rest of your files are unminified. I'm using uglify for minification, which is what you appear to be using as well.
Are your own files properly annotated? Here are the docs and a stackoverflow post describing the problem. This project uses ng-annotate to ensure that everything is properly minified.

You were absolutely right! I wasn't using the recommended array notation to protect against potential minification issues (not sure why I didn't get this error much sooner). I made the change and everything works as expected. Thanks again!.
