Client does not work behind HTTP proxy about python-libmaas HOT 2 CLOSED

In case anyone comes across this issue, I originally closed it because I thought (mistakenly) that the client.maas.set_http_proxy() method would set an HTTP proxy for the client, when in actuality it sets the proxy for the target machine(s) that are being managed, which doesn't help the client function at all when behind a proxy.

This library does not support using http_proxy in the c,lient itself to talk to the MaaS server, and even if the above described changes were implemented in this library, it still requires the same changes to be made in the py-macaroon-bakery library, which has not been updated in over a year.

So for my purposes I'm just not going to use this library behind our proxies, since the effort to add support appears to be more than it's worth.
