Additional branding of the client about bigbluebutton HOT 8 CLOSED

We could also swap out the Red5 logo from the video to show the brand of a 
customer.

We're working on providing a commercially supported branding tool for 
BigBlueButton.

This won't be in 0.64, but will come in a future iteration.

Issue 70 has been merged into this issue.

I have created a tool for this, which will be available for a post 0.7 release.
