Import adr-image-test.csv file (images are in pub/media/import) and check to see whether imported images are having “color” attribute assigned correctly.
When I tried doing this myself they were not updated accordingly, even after reindex.
Please look into this as it’s very important when we import thousands of images that the color swatches are updated accordingly.

The problem is after reindex and cache flush the color attribute remains "Black" (the default since a value is mandatory).
Although the color should be updating based on the image that's being imported in CSV file.
The associated JPG files are in
pub/media/import.
The file is importing images on rugs that already exist, so it's just an Update import.
