Clear Image Cache don't delete files from S3 about cdn HOT 1 CLOSED

This shouldn't happen either. Today, when a image is uploaded to a product, the module automatically generated the cache according to the resize image configuration. The main reason is because Magento vanilla generated this images on-the-fly when accessing a category in frontend, and it will be very slow if we have to fetch all images from S3, resize and then upload do S3 again, or even check if the image exists.

I've pushed the 0.1.1 version that avoids the admin to cleanup the Catalog Cache (and either the JS/CSS merged files).
